SignBridge Co. provides remote operational support and professional services for sign companies, including sign concept design, permit drawing packages, shop and fabrication drawings, material takeoffs, estimating, project management, sign program coordination, website design, search visibility services, and related digital products.
2. Acceptance of these terms
By accessing this website, submitting an inquiry, purchasing a service, or subscribing to a digital product, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or purchase our services.
3. Services and scope
Service descriptions and starting prices displayed on the website are general descriptions and may not represent a final quote. The final scope, deliverables, turnaround time, assumptions, revision allowance, and price may be confirmed separately in writing before work begins.
You are responsible for providing accurate project information, usable reference files, site information, municipality requirements, brand standards, and any other materials reasonably required to perform the work.
4. Digital products and subscriptions
Installation Map is a subscription-based digital product providing access to a directory and map of sign installation resources. Access is intended for the subscribing customer and must not be resold, shared, copied, scraped, or redistributed without written permission.
Subscription pricing, billing interval, and applicable taxes are shown at checkout. A subscription may renew automatically according to the terms displayed at checkout until cancelled. You may cancel future renewals through the available customer billing controls or by contacting us.
5. Payments
Payments are processed through Paddle, which acts as the payment provider and, where applicable, merchant of record. Paddle may collect applicable taxes and may apply its own payment, privacy, and platform terms. We do not receive or store your full payment card number.
6. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, SignBridge Co. retains ownership of its website, branding, templates, systems, documentation, and pre-existing materials. Upon full payment, you receive the agreed right to use the specific deliverables supplied for your project, subject to any third-party licenses and written project restrictions.
7. Confidentiality
We will use reasonable measures to keep customer project information confidential and use it to provide the requested services. Customers should not send passwords, payment card information, or other information that is not needed for the project.
8. Prohibited use
You may not use the website or any digital product to violate law, infringe another party’s rights, interfere with the service, gain unauthorized access, distribute malicious code, scrape or redistribute protected data, or misrepresent your relationship with SignBridge Co.
9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
We provide services and digital products with reasonable care, but we do not guarantee a particular permit decision, installation outcome, search ranking, sales result, project award, or business outcome. Customers remain responsible for reviewing deliverables and obtaining any required professional, engineering, municipal, legal, or regulatory approval.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SignBridge Co. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the website or services. Our total liability for a claim relating to a paid order will not exceed the amount paid for that order, except where applicable law does not allow such limitation.
