Frequently Asked Questions

Getting Started
What types of sign companies do you work with?
We work with sign companies of all sizes across the United States. From independent shops handling local commercial jobs to large-scale operations running national rollout programs. Channel letters, monument signs, wayfinding, digital signage, and multi-location programs. Whether you need one permit drawing or an entire outsourced design and PM department, we scale with you.
Do I need to sign a contract or commit to a minimum?
No contract, no minimum job size, no monthly commitment required. Send us one job or send us fifty. You pay for what you use. If you want a monthly retainer for ongoing PM support, we offer that too, but it is never required.
How do I send you a job?
Email office@signbridgeco.com or use the contact form. Attach your site survey, photos, brand standards, or drawings. Tell us the sign type, municipality, and any specific requirements. We take it from there.
How do I evaluate your quality before committing?
Every quote includes a clear scope of work and delivery timeline before any payment is required. You review and approve the scope first. We also maintain a portfolio of completed work that we share on request, so you can assess our output standard directly. Email office@signbridgeco.com to request samples from our portfolio.
Pricing and Turnaround
How much does sign design outsourcing cost?
Sign concept design starts from $45 per sign. Permit drawing packages start from $85 per set. Shop and fabrication drawings from $65. Material takeoff and estimating from $80 per project. Remote PM from $500 per month. See full pricing on our services page.
How fast do you turn jobs around?
We quote within 2 hours of receiving your brief during US business hours. Standard permit drawing packages are delivered with a 48 Hour Turnaround Time. Concept design, shop drawings, and takeoffs are typically delivered within 1 to 2 business days depending on complexity.
Do you charge extra for revisions?
One round of revisions is included in every job. Additional rounds are billed at a reduced rate. Most jobs require minimal revision because we clarify all requirements before work begins.
Quality and Confidentiality
Do you have real signage industry experience?
Yes. Our founder has 10+ years working directly inside sign companies across the USA as a project manager, overseeing everything from local commercial jobs to large national rollout programs. We are not a generic design agency. We are signage-specific and have operated inside the industry we serve.
Will my clients know I outsource?
No. We operate as a silent extension of your team. Files are delivered under your instructions and in your workflow. We sign an NDA on every engagement so your client relationships, project details, and business information are fully protected.
Is my client and project data kept confidential?
Absolutely. We sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement before we touch any file. Your client names, job details, drawings, and business information are never shared, repurposed, or discussed outside our team. Secure file sharing is standard on all jobs.
Technical Questions
What file formats do you deliver?
We deliver in whatever format your shop uses: Adobe Illustrator AI, PDF, DWG/DXF for CAD, EPS, print-ready files with correct bleed, color mode, and cutting paths. Just tell us your workflow on the first job and we match it every time after that.
Can you handle national rollout programs?
Yes. Multi-location program management is one of our core strengths. We coordinate surveys, permitting, fabrication schedules, and install planning across 5 to 500+ locations simultaneously. All tracked, documented, and reported. See our program coordination service.
Can you handle overflow work during busy seasons?
Yes. This is one of the most common reasons sign companies use us. Instead of hiring a full-time designer for peak seasons and then having idle staff during slow months, you scale your workload through us and pay only for what you use. No overhead, no awkward staffing decisions.
What PM software do you work with?
We have hands-on experience with Salesforce, Smartsheet, Epicor, and other common project management platforms used in the sign industry. We plug into your existing workflow rather than asking you to change how you operate.
